If all auto repair shops were like this, there wouldn't be a fear about bringing your car to a shop. They were willing to work with options, kind, personable, reasonable, and not advantage seeking. It should seem obvious in this industry to not cheat people and you will get more business and make more money, but others out there think that cheating people is better business. Not Chuy. He's understand the correct way to do business and the right approach to working with customers. Will go back.
